Venkata Ramakrishnan is a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, specialising in Thermal Systems. He has rich experience of about 30 years in establishing Green Field PEB & Heavy Structures manufacturing facilities. He also has experience in capacity expansions and running and maintaining Manufacturing Plants as Head of operations. He developed and implemented manufacturing processes for simple to complex projects focused on quality and timely delivery. He successfully managed the operations process, encompassing design, planning, inventory control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. He held senior leadership roles at Kirby Building Systems, Tata Bluescope Steel, Pennar Group and Jindal Sever field. His contribution to training the workforce has been enormous. He has excellent knowledge of cost control and optimising the usage of resources. He has exceptional expertise in developing tooling and fixtures for various Custom-made equipment and established process-related requirements for each of the requirements. He possesses a high degree of maturity and knowledge, with problem-solving approach. He has tremendous experience in implementing quality management, ISO systems and procedures.
CEO
Pandian is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has a rich experience of 25 years in the design, supply and installation of special purpose custom-made machines for automatic welding and cutting applications. He has developed a great deal of visualising ability in order to grasp the customer’s requirements quickly. In addition, he has acquired a significant amount of knowledge about automation in SPM building and has skills in electronics, welding, CNC, robotics, etc. He was in senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Process Engineering installation and commissioning. He has the capability to quickly solve problems at the site and execute complex installations. Pandian gained tremendous knowledge in robotic welding and cutting and has a track record of supplying custom-made PEB beam lines, Heavy duty H Beam welding lines, and Plasma cutting machines in India and abroad to many leading companies in PEB. He has got significant experience in supplying special purpose welding systems for Wheels, Hydraulic cylinders, AC/Air compressors, LPG cylinders, Shock absorbers, Brake shoe welding Pipe to pipe & Pipe to fitting welding, Industrial valves welding & cladding applications, Wear plate welding systems, Motor stamping welding, Pump motor stator welding etc.
Head-Operations
Shiva Shanmugam holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has about 25 years of experience in developing automated custom-made machines for welding and cutting. His core expertise has been in Production planning, Vendor development, and Cost control and has held senior leadership positions. He developed and implemented manufacturing processes for simple to complex projects focused on quality and timely delivery.
His expertise is in the development of tools and fixtures for customized equipment and establishing process-related requirements for each requirement. He worked for many years in manufacturing automated welding and cutting equipment for PEB, Aerospace and Defence applications. He possesses a high degree of knowledge and expertise in implementing quality management, ISO systems and procedures.
Head-Automation
Vadivazhagan is a graduate of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and has about 15 years of experience developing innovative concepts for custom-made welding and cutting machines. He has experience in customer interaction during pre-production, production planning, costing etc. He has the expertise to design complex electronic combinations to meet the requirements of highly customised automated welding and cutting machines. His core competence has been in selecting apt modules/devices in developing simple to highly complex projects to meet customers’ expectations in quality, cost and delivery. A hallmark of his reputation in the automation industry is his ability to understand end users’ needs and offer innovative ways to meet them. He has excellent expertise in PLC/CNC and Robotics, as well as unique knowledge in interfacing & automation in welding or cutting applications.
